The Malta M-ettes volleyball team is now 4-2 on the season thanks to a five set victory over the Chinook Sugarbeeters on Tuesday, September 19. The team then went to Roundup for an Invitational Tournament in which they won three-of-five games played on Saturday, September 23. In the team’s win over Chinook, the team was led by senior Ella Schye who had 21 kills and four blocks. The scores in that game was 25-14, 19-25, 19-25, 25-16 and 15-8. Dorothy Salveson, 85, of Malta, Mont., passed away on Monday, September 25, 2017. Graveside service will be Saturday, September 30, starting at 10 a.m. at the Malta Cemetery.
