    The second annual Farm Bureau Picnic was held July 12, 1924, at Malta’s Trafton Park. It was organized by the Phillips County Farm Bureau with help from the Malta Commercial Club. An estimated 1,500 people attended. A wide variety of sporting events were held in the morning with men, women, and children participating.     Even though Crazy Days (actually Crazy Day) was more or less canceled, the Dinosaur Museum held their annual Dino Day, which allowed the young and adventurous at heart an opportunity to dig into the past, back into the days of dinosaurs, and have fun while doing it.
