Deepest sympathy goes out from our community to the Moore/Dunbar family on the death of Scotty Moore. The funeral was attended by an outstanding large group of people paying tribute to their friend. Carol Lumsden and Dixie Stordahl attended the viewing and sharing of memories of Scotty on Friday. It is a good way to hear the memories of friends and family that are different than mine. The Loring Womans’ Club annual card party was held on Sunday. We had 3 tables of players. Mickey Hellie and Mindy Perdue were the winners with the highest scores! Congratulations. Several people came just to have a piece of pie. It was fun visiting with some of my neighbors who I don’t see often! Dee Arndt of Kalispell is in the area visiting her sister, me, and mother, Barbara Cowan.
