Phillips County saw 43-precent of the counties registered voters cast ballots in this year’s primary, 1114 people voted out of 2577 who are registered, ranking 22 for voter turnout out of Montana’s 57 coun-ties. Wibaux County had the highest percentage turnout with 69-percent while Richland County had the lowest turnout with just 22-percent.
