June 4,

3:00 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with harassing Phone calls; Deputy re-sponded to the call; case file started for Privacy in Communication and Harassment.

4:19 p.m. Female reported theft of property from the City of Dodson; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

4:42 p.m. Female reported a large stray dog in her yard; ACO handled the call.

7:36 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

8:48 p.m. 911 received reporting a fire near Cow Creek, south of Chinook; call transferred to Blaine Co SO.

9:25 p.m. Female reported theft of bicycles in the Cedarview area; Deputies responded to the call; bicycles not located.

9:50 p.m. Deputy performed a traffic stop which led to one adult male, Christopher Doney, being transported to PCSO on Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Dangerous Drugs; case file started; male later released to parent on bond paid.

June 5,

2:04 a.m. Deputy reported several street lights out in the PC Courthouse area; information passed onto NorthWestern Energy in the a.m.

3:05 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from noon to 9 p.m. today.

3:38 a.m. Male reported a disturbance at the Cedarview Apartments; Deputies responded to the location; case file started.

4:00 a.m. Female reported a noise outside of her residence on 8th St E had woken her up; Deputy responded to the location; found to be a male passed out on the lawn; male removed from the area and taken to another residence.

4:06 a.m. Deputies transported one adult male to PC Hospital for stitches from the above disturbance call; male later transported to the Billings hospital by personal vehicle.

4:14 a.m. Male reported a suspicious situation at a residence on 6th Ave East; Deputy responded to the location; female found to be one the ground but okay, had just fallen over; family member responded to the location and took care of the female.

1:05 p.m. Female reported two unattended children in a vehicle in the PC Courthouse parking lot; Deputy responded to the vehicle; mother found to be in the vehicle lying down.

2:47 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 9 p.m.

4:25 p.m. Female reported a vehicle with a flat tire in the Underpass; Undersheriff and Deputy responded to the location for traffic control; vehicle later removed from the location.

7:13 p.m. Male reported a missing dog.

8:13 p.m. Anonymous reported a possible situation at the VFW Club; Deputies responded to the location; case file started.

8:14 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

8:24 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Richard Levi Gilmore, to PCSO to be incarcerated on Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct charges.

June 6,

11:38 am Reserve Deputy performed a courtesy traffic stop with the Driver’s Education vehicle.

3:51 p.m. Male, Richard Levi Gilmore, released from PCSO Jail on time served.

5:07 p.m. Integrated Alarm Systems reported a commercial burglar alarm sounding at the PC Museum; Deputy responded to the location; all found to be okay.

9:21 p.m. Deputy removed debris from Hwy 2 near Saco.

June 7,

1:33 a.m. Deputy performed a traffic stop on a vehicle which led to one adult male, Jorgen Olson, being transported to PCSO to be incarcerated on DUI charges; case filestarted.

1:17 p.m. Local Fire Department and Ambulance reported to the PCMS Dragstrip for the races.

4:46 p.m. Male reported a dog running loose in the Cedarview area; Deputy handled the call.

5:32 p.m. Male, Jorgen Olson, released from PCSO Jail on bond paid.

5:55 p.m. Male reported a missing wallet; caller later located the wallet.

8:39 p.m. Several calls received reporting a fire at the end of 1st St W; all callers advised was a reported and controlled burn.

10:38 p.m. Male reported almost hitting a golf cart without headlights on, near the golf course on Hwy 191 south; Deputy responded to the location; golf cart not located.

June 8,

9:15 a.m. Local Fire Department and Ambulance reported to the PCMS Dragstrip for the races.

1:12 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with an online situation; Undersheriff handled the call.

4:50 p.m. Females requested law enforcement assistance with a possible situation involving owners of property; Deputy responded to the call; found to be a civil situation.

7:35 p.m. Female requested extra patrol around her residence while she was gone; information passed onto Deputies.

9:43 p.m. Deputy reported no street lights in the PC Courthouse area; information passed onto NorthWestern Energy the following a.m.

June 9,

3:31 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. tonight.

10:05 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Dustin Brusse, from Hill Co Detention Center to Phillips Co for District Court appearance.

10:30 a.m. Male reported a lost cell phone.

10:56 a.m. 911 received reporting a grass fire off of the Raymond Rd south of Malta; Malta FD, Saco FD, BLM Fire and local residents responded to the location; fire later controlled and extinguished.

11:02 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Dino Fernandez, from Valley Co Detention Center for District Court appearance.

12:58 p.m. Female reported a vehicle had hit a dog in the Hillcrest area; ACO responded to the call; owner located and advised.

2:12 p.m. Female reported a stolen wallet and her debit card had been used; Sheriff responded to the call; case file started.

2:21 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 9 p.m.

3:57 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Dustin Brusse, back to Hill Co Detention to trans-fer custody to Department of Corrections.

6:01 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory in effect until 7p for northeastern Phillips Co; penny sized hail and 40 mph gusts are possible.

7:45 p.m. Deputy reported a vehicle driving down the runway; all found to be okay.

8:45 p.m. Female reported she had located the property she previously reported stolen; Deputy responded to the N 2nd Ave E area; property later returned to the right owner.

8:51 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory will expire at 9 p.m.

June 10,

1:43 a.m. Deputy performed building checks in the Malta area.

11:12 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male who couldn’t move; Sheriff, Undersheriff and local EMT Crew responded to the location; patient transported to the hospital.

1:22 p.m. 911s received reporting a one vehicle rollover on Hwy 191 south of the 7mile Zortman turnoff; occupants were out of the vehicle; Undersheriff, local MHP Trooper and local EMT Crew responded to the location; MHP handled the case file; patients not transported to the hospital.

2:07 p.m. Female reported a lost camera.

2:14 p.m. Male reported a stray dog near MHS; information passed onto ACO.

2:16 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Dino Fernandez, back to Valley Co Detention Center to serve time.

3:17 p.m. Female requested assistance in delivering a message to a local male; Sheriff responded to the call; male not located.

June 11,

6:59 a.m. Male filed a verbal complaint regarding a vehicle speeding down Hwy 243 in Saco; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and found to not be speeding.

12:25 p.m. Female filed a verbal complaint reporting another female had “yelled at her for driving fast” in the Saco area; Deputy handled the call.

1:49 p.m. Reserve Deputy performed a courtesy traffic stop with the Driver’s Education vehicle near 2nd Ave & 8th St W.

2:17 p.m. Female reported neighbor’s yelling at a residence on 3rd St W; Deputies responded to the call; found to be a verbal disagreement and was worked out while Deputies were still on scene.

5:09 p.m. Kenco Security Company reported a commercial burglar alarm sounding at the Great Plains Dinosaur Museum; Deputy responded to the location; call canceled shortly after receiving the complaint.

5:29 p.m. Female reported a box of bottled liquids in a box on the grade school playground; Deputy and school janitor handled the call; all found to be okay, just a box of floor cleaner.

7:05 p.m. 911 and another call received reporting a structure fire at the Old Library building; Sheriff, Undersheriff, Deputy, local Fire Department and Ambulance crew responded to the location; fire later controlled and extinguished; case file started for Arson and Burglary.

7:22 p.m. Saco Fire Department reported to the water tower for training.

7:24 p.m. Local Ambulance transported an injured fireman to the PC Hospital and later returned back to the structure fire scene.

8:33 p.m. Reserve Deputy reported to the structure fire scene to serve as security for the investigation.

11:20 p.m. Deputy transported two juveniles to Havre to meet and exchange custody with a Cascade Co Juvenile Detention Center Officer; juveniles were charged with Felony Arson, Felony Criminal Endangerment, and Felony Burglary.

June 12,

7:22 a.m. Female requested assistance with a possible situation with an ex-husband; Deputy handled the call and advised was a civil situation.

9:45 a.m. Female requested assistance with a situation involving a juvenile; Deputy handled the call; information also passed onto Juvenile Probation Officer.

10:09 a.m. Female reported a dog running loose on Front Street; information passed onto ACO.

1:03 p.m. Male reported a large pile of plywood on Central Ave; information passed onto City employee.

1:10 p.m. Female reported a computer scam.

2:16 p.m. Deputy removed a box from Central Ave.

3:14 p.m. Female reported a dog that was always out and running loose; information passed on-to ACO.

3:59 p.m. Male requested law enforcement with a situation involving money; Deputy responded to the call; caller advised situation was civil.

8:58 p.m. USA Central Station reported a fire alarm sounding at the PC Hospital; all found to be okay, no fire.

9:33 p.m. Male reported a dog on Central Ave; information passed onto ACO.

10:56 p.m. Male reported a possible altercation in the street near the Cedarview Apartments; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

11:47 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Dallas Walker, to PCSO to be incarcerated on Partner/Family Member Assault and Criminal Mischief charges; male later transported to Val-ley Co Detention Center.

June 13,

2:34 a.m. Deputies performed a traffic stop on Hwy 2, east of Malta which led to one adult male, Amos Galauiz, to PCSO to be incarcerated on Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; case file started.

3:05 a.m. 911 received reporting a grass fire in the Saco flats area; Deputy responded to the location; Deputy advised heavy rain put the fire out.

3:35 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from noon to 8 p.m.

6:58 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a male having trouble breathing in the Zort-man area; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

8:04 a.m. Alarm Central reported a burglar alarm sounding at the National Guard Armory; Deputy responded, all found to be okay.

8:57 a.m. Female reported a lost or stolen wallet; caller later located her wallet.

10:43 a.m. Male reported a stolen property; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

11:34 p.m. Male, Amos Galauiz, released from PCSO Jail on time served.

12:26 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a situation involving a juvenile at a residence near N 2nd St E; Deputy responded to the location; juvenile removed from a roof without further incident.

1:22 p.m. Border Patrol Agent reported a transient on Hwy 2, near Saco; male found to be okay and trying to get back to North Dakota.

1:24 p.m. Female reported a one vehicle accident, no injuries to the occupant, on Hwy 191 north of Malta, near Loring; Reserve Deputy and local MHP Trooper responded to the location; MHP handled the crash.

3:36 p.m. Female requested assistance with a lawsuit and a local business; Deputy advised caller is a civil situation.

3:43 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory in effect until 4:45 p.m. for southern Phillips Co; small hail, 50mph gusts and dangerous lightning are possible.

4:46 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory in effect until 4:45 p.m. for most of Phillips Co; penny sized hail was reported in Zortman; 40mph gusts and dangerous lightning are possible.

5:32 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory in effect until 630 p.m. for southern Phillips Co; small hail, 50mph gusts and dangerous lightning are possible.

5:48 p.m. Female requested a welfare check on a juvenile at a Malta residence; Deputy responded to the location; all found to be okay.

6:35 p.m. Male, Kevin Stevens, incarcerated in PCSO Jail to serve 72hrs for Adult Probation Officer.

6:54 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

7:46 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for an unconscious but breathing adult male in Whitewater; Whitewater EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

9:0 6p.m. Deputy reported a suspicious vehicle on the Bowdoin National Wildlife Refuge Auto Tour; all found to be okay, was a current employee and a past employee looking at wildlife.
