One Nation, Under God

Phillips County Ministerial Association to host annual Good Friday Reflective Service

The Phillips County Ministerial Association is honorably and humbly hosting its annual Good Friday Reflective Service on April 3, 12:00 noon at Kirkwood memorial chapel. The Good Friday service is scheduled to last 45 minute. We will sing hymns and listen to Gospel readings of the day Jesus Christ was crucified as the substitute sacrifice for the sins of humanity. ‘But far be it from me to glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world hath been crucified unto me, and I unto the world.’ Galatians 6:14

We will begin with a Cross Walk from the parking lot adjacent to the National Guard Armory at 11:15 a.m. proceeding on foot carrying a cross to the Kirkwood memorial chapel. ‘Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man would come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.’ Matthew 16:24

The vision of the PCMA to see Jesus Christ worshipped as the glorious savior of the world. Our mission is to host seasonal community worship, provide ‘Rides to Church’ via Phillip’s County Transit, and to serve the transient population that flows through Phillips County. A freewill offering for these ministries is taken at all our events.
