October 2, 2015

11:29 p.m. Female reported a possible accident on Hwy 363, just off Hwy 191 south; occupant not at the scene of the accident; Deputy, local MHP Trooper and Fire Dept responded to the location; driver later located; case file started.

October 3, 2015

12:51 a.m. Local MHP Trooper transported one adult male to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on DUI charges; male later released on bond paid.

11:01 a.m. Female reported her house had been “egged”; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

11:02 a.m. Male reported a sinkhole on a residential street; information passed onto City employee.

11:53 p.m. Female reported a vehicle/deer accident east of Malta on Hwy 2; minor damage to the vehicle; white form issued.

October 4, 2015

12:33 a.m. Deputy received information regarding juveniles possibly in an old building in Malta; Deputies responded to the call; all found to be quiet, minor damage to a window; no juveniles at the location.

1:26 a.m. Deputies performed a welfare check on a suspicious vehicle parked in front of a local business; all found to be okay, just resting for the night.

2:26 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a family member; male later called back and advised all was okay.

3:35 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle rollover on the Strater Road, east of Malta; occupants were still inside the upside down vehicle; Undersheriff, local Ambulance and Fire Dept responded to the call; all occupants transported to the hospital; case file started.

4:09 p.m. Undersheriff requested a tow truck for the above vehicle; local wrecker company responded to the call per request of the registered owner.

October 5, 2015

12:11 a.m. Male reported a vehicle, with all the doors open, behind a local tavern; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle found to be okay and doors shut for the night.

12:49 a.m. Male requested assistance in locating another male who had not been heard from in several hours; Deputy responded to the call; male later located by family members and was okay.

4:22 a.m. Male reported receiving threats from another male; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

12:42 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Billings; local EMT Crew handled the call.

12:49 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with an overdue hunter; Sheriff responded to the call; male later located and was okay, just stuck due to the rain received.

4:25 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the football field for the Froshmore game.

5:06 p.m. BLM Fire Dispatch received a report of smoke in the South Phillips Co area; caller advised was a reported and controlled burn.

5:38 p.m. Female passing through given a one-night stay at a local hotel through Ministerial Assistance.

6:14 p.m. Female reported someone had opened a gate and let the caller’s livestock out; Deputy responded to the call; information added to existing case file.

7:50 p.m. Female requested a welfare check on her neighbor who was bent over inside a vehicle; Deputy responded to the call; neighbor later moved out of the vehicle and was okay.

October 6, 2015

3:16 a.m. 911 received reporting a domestic situation at a local residence; Sheriff and Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

4:03 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male to PCSO to be incarcerated on Partner/Family Member Assault and Criminal Trespass to Property charges.

8:10 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance in Zortman for a female who keeps passing out; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

11:02 a.m. One adult male released from PCSO Jail on own recognizance.

4:01 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

8:49 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle/deer accident east of Malta; no injuries to the occupants; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

October 7, 2015

12:32 a.m. Deputy performed building checks in the Dodson area.

1:38 a.m. 911 received reporting a semi truck on fire near a local business; Deputy and local Fire Dept responded to the location; fire later extinguished; driver taken to a local motel for the night.

3:08 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 11am to 8pm tonight.

7:22 a.m. Female reported missing livestock; caller later located the animals.

8:28 a.m. Female reported a dog running loose in the downtown area; ACO handled the call.

9:47 a.m. Deputy performed a welfare check on a male east of Malta off Old Hwy 2; male later transported to the PC Hospital for medical attention.

10:56 a.m. Female reported starving animals at a residence; information passed onto Sheriff and Livestock Inspector.

11:11 a.m. Female reported a Theft of Identity; Sheriff responded to the call; case file started.

11:38 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

2:27 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 8pm.

2:55 p.m. Male reported damage to property in the Saco area; Deputy handled the call.

3:56 p.m. Female reported a possible break-in to her residence by her neighbors; Deputy handled the call; information added to existing case file; no break-in to property located.

6:42 p.m. Female filed a written complaint regarding a neighbor harassing her while feeding her livestock; Deputy responded to the call; information added to existing case file.

7:20 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

8:11 p.m. Male reported a vehicle/deer accident, no damage to the vehicle; white form issued.

October 8, 2015

8:58 a.m. Female reported an IRS scam.

10:24 a.m. Deputy removed debris from the Underpass.

11:24 a.m. 911 received requesting law enforcement assistance with a situation involving game retrieval; Fish & Game had already been notified; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

12:30 p.m. PETA requested PCSO assistance with a complaint received regarding starving livestock in the Phillips Co area; caller advised animals had been checked on several times by PCSO, Livestock Inspector and a local veterinarian service and were not starving, all were very healthy animals.

3:10 p.m. Female requested a welfare check on a family member who just walked out of the residence; Deputy responded to the call; male later located and was okay.

4:15 p.m. Female reported a missing set of keys; keys later located by the caller.

6:38 p.m. Female reported an injured duck in a business’ parking lot; Deputy responded to the call; duck was actually a grebe and was returned to the river and was okay.

8:35 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle/deer accident, on Hwy 191 south, with damage to the vehicle; caller had already left the location; white form issued.
