Northeast Arts Network presents Valinor Quartet

Music lovers have the opportunity to enjoy the Northeast Arts Network’s Valinor Quartet, performing in the Malta High School Auditorium – Monday, February 1, – starting at at 7 p.m.

Valinor Quartet is a unique hybrid of jazz and classical; classical highlighted by Sergei Teleshev (of Trio Voronezh) on accordion fused with the jazz by members of the International String Trio – Ben Powell (violin), Slava Tolstoy (quitar) and Greg Feingold (bass).

The all-acoustic Valinor Quartet encompasses the diverse cultural backgrounds of its members, hailing from Russia, USA and England, to influence its stylistic diversity and unique performance aesthetic. The group will perform classical to Beatles, Gypsy Jazz to Klezmer, popular movie themes to Tango and a few surprises in between.

Please join them for a entertaining, fun – filled evening as they perform in the Malta High School Auditorium. They will be spectacular and you will go home humming their infectious melodies and amazed at their showmanship and musical talent!

Tickets will be available at the door. Ticket prices are $15 for adults, $13 for seniors, and $10 for students (Students with activity passes – free). February 1 – 7:00 p.m. – Malta High School Auditorium.
