American Legion District 2 meeting this Saturday in Chester

Mr. Gary Layton, Commander of American Legion Post #88 in Chester, said today about 75 Legionnaires and members of the Auxiliary are expected to attend the Spring meeting of District # 2 on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at the Senior Citizens Center in Chester, Mont.

Gary Layton said there are about 600 Legionnaires in District No. 2. The Posts are located in Havre, Chinook, Big Sandy, Malta, Rocky Boy, Saco, Chester, Turner, and Fort Belknap.

Registration will begin at 9 a.m. at the Senior Citizens Center, located at 618 East Adams Ave. At 10 a.m. the Department program will begin.
