Malta Duplicate Bridge Club

On Wednesday, March 23, Margo Rush and Malcolm Clouse came in first. Anna Faye Simms and Keith Stine earned second place.

Monday winners were Malcolm Clouse and Ken Ruzicka. Second was Awarded to Stine and John Norgon.

Whist

On Tuesday, March 29, Nina Jones finished in first with 44, second was a tie between Geri Peterson and Sherman Doucette. The traveling prize was awarded to Doucette.

Pinochle

On Thursday, March 31, Ron Lundmen finished in first with 6,500, second was Nancy Soenichsen with 5,960 and the traveling prize was awarded to both Jeanette Heinle and Soenichsen.

Hi-Line Whist

On Friday, April 1, Mary and Pearl took two games out of three by defeating Agnes and Curt 13-12, 13-0 and 3-13.

“We had yummy pretzels,” said Pearl, “made us feel so fresh that we played a quickie third game.”
