Malta Head Start announces openings for next year

Head Start has openings for the 2016-17 school year for families with children who are three-years-old by September 10, 2016 and children who are four-years-old before that date as well, according to Malta Site Coordinator Susy Johnson.

We offer free preschool and family services to income eligible families. Services provided to each Head Start participant include:

■ Various educational and play activities

■ Healthy breakfast and lunch served daily

■ Medical, vision, hearing, and dental screenings

■ Safe indoor and outdoor play

■ Assistance to meet family needs through local support programs services are offered to meet the special needs of children with disabilities.

Enrollment is limited! If you are interested in enrolling your child, please fill out the enclosed application and include copies of all the documentation required. Return it as soon as possible before all openings are filled!
