I started writing this column because my mom said, "People who have moved away still get the newspaper and they want to know if anything is happening at Loring. But no one writes up anything so why don't you do it, Dixie?" So here I am many years later even after she has gone, still writing up a few things that I know to be happening in Loring. Dixie Stordahl hosted bible study on Wednesday. Carol Lumsden and Whitney Blunt and I studied about Jonah and how he survived the whale's digestive juices.
