A letter from J. F. Kilduff described the good time the Malta contingent was having in Honolulu. Enjoying the warm temperature and flowers in bloom, "Bob" Trafton was feeling so young he was threatening to join the Boy Scouts, Kilduff said.

County residents subscribe $1,020 of $1,250 needed to build a church for the Methodist.

Trafton-Dorr Company retired "Jumbo," a horse which had pulled the delivery wagon and drayline vehicle for 14 years. Jumbo lost his job to a Studebaker truck. (Bet he's horse laughing now!)
