Costin put together an outstanding career averaging double digits in scoring in three of his four years of varsity play and amassing 1,477 career points in an MHS uniform.

His individual performance on the court led to a run of championships for MHS. Two district championships in four years, three top five finishes at the divisional tournament, and two top five finishes at state. Costin finished his high school career on a high note capturing the 2016-2017 Montana Class B state championship.

When not on the basketball court for the Pioneers, Nate plans on pursuing and education leading toward a career in agriculture.

Nate on signing with MCC:

"I chose Miles City because of how nice the town and college is. It is relatively small and I've heard nothing but positive things about Miles City. It has the degree I want, and I think the basketball program will be a good fit for me."
