Malta Food Bank at it again

Exactly one week before kids young, old, and past age prepare to go trick-or-treating this year, various local students will go door to door for a more meaningful reason.

That reason is to help collect cans of food for the Malta Food Bank, a local charity that provides food and other items for Phillips County residents in need.

"We have a trick-or-treat for the food bank and it's done by a few youth groups," said June Cornell of the Malta Food Bank. "The kids really get into it and they really enjoy it, and we enjoy them. They do very well."
