Keystone Pipeline Phillips County Meeting postponed

Last week, U.S. District Judge Brian Morris ordered a new environmental review of Keystone XL and following that ruling, TransCanada, the company seeking the pipeline through a small portion of Phillips County, released a statement stating they would be postponing their scheduled November 13 meeting in Malta.
