December 8, 2018

1:22 p.m. Female reported another female almost caused an accident while driving and texting; caller refused to sign a complaint; information passed onto Undersheriff.

1:31 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

1:56 p.m. Male reported another vehicle had backed into his causing damage; vehicles were not at the accident scene at the time of the call; Undersheriff responded to the call; white form issued.

3:09 p.m. Female requested assistance with a problem with her furnace; Undersheriff handled the call.

4:25 p.m. Male reported a fender/bender in a residential area; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

6:11 p.m. Male reported a broken down vehicle east of Malta off of Hwy 2; Deputies responded to the call; several calls made trying to get assistance for the female driver with no luck; Deputy transported female to a local residence.

6:53 p.m. City employee reported a lift station was not working properly and they were repairing it.

December 10, 2018

12:50 a.m. Deputy assisted a vehicle with locating a place to get air in their tire.

11:26 a.m. Local apartment manager reported trespassing to property; Deputy responded to the call; individuals later located and advised they are not welcome on the property.

12:11 p.m. Reserve Deputy tagged several vehicles and trailers on the east side of Malta to be removed by the owner or they would be towed.

12:34 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a parenting plan; Deputy handled the call.

3:35 p.m. Reserve Deputy tagged several vehicles and trailers on the west side of Malta to be removed by the owner or they would be towed.

4:06 p.m. Female filed a verbal complaint about a dog left outside without shelter; Deputy handled the call.

4:26 p.m. Male filed a verbal complaint regarding the notice to move his vehicle or it would be towed; Deputy responded to the call; male also advised to talk to the Mayor.

5:33 p.m. Deputy reported a very slick intersection that needed to be sanded; information passed onto City employee.

December 11, 2018

3:20 a.m. High Wind Watch in effect from Wednesday morning through the afternoon for southwest Phillips Co.

4:41 a.m. Coroner reported a female had passed away at a local residence; coroner case file started.

6:49 a.m. Female reported a light on at a City lift station; caller advised the City is working on it.

7:11 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

8:57 a.m. 911 received reporting possibly intoxicated individuals in a vehicle on Hwy 191 south that was out of fuel; local MHP Trooper and Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

10:40 a.m. Undersheriff transported one adult male, Tave Curley, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Possession of Stolen Property charges.

11:20 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

11:30 a.m. Male reported a vehicle/deer accident; white form issued.

1:30 p.m. Local MHP Trooper requested a tow truck for the vehicle on Hwy 191 south; rotational wrecker service handled the call.

2:15 p.m. Local MHP Trooper transported one adult female, Claudia Bell, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Possession of Stolen Property, DUI, and Driving While Suspended charges.

2:17 p.m. High Wind Warning in effect from 6am-5pm for southwest Phillips Co.

3:13 p.m. Female reported a male, with a local warrant, was near a local business; information passed onto Deputies; male not located.

9:45 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

10:21 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

December 12, 2019

3:04 a.m. High Wind Warning remains in effect from 6am-5pm tonight for southwest Phillips Co.

12:51 p.m. 911 received reporting a strap broke on the caller’s load and he lost a few hay bales; requested assistance with removing the broken bales; Deputy and MT Dept of Transportation employee responded to the call; hay removed from the Hwy.

3:12 p.m. 911 received requesting law enforcement assistance with a family member that just passed away at a Zortman residence; Deputy responded to the call; coroner case file started.

4:11 p.m. Male requested assistance with getting property back from a soon to be ex-wife; Deputy handled the call.

5:09 p.m. High Wind Warning has expired.

5:24 p.m. 911 received requesting a tow truck for a vehicle that lost the rear end, east of Malta on Hwy 2; Deputy responded to the location; local rotational wrecker service handled the call.

5:35 p.m. Deputy and Reserve Deputy transported one adult female, Claudia Bell, and one adult male, Tave Curley, from PCSO Jail to Valley Co Detention Center to serve time.

7:00 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

December 13, 2018

2:44 a.m. Deputy reported a vehicle parked by fuel tanks with no one around the area.

10:22 a.m. Tempe Arizona Deputy requested PCSO assistance with delivering a death notification to a local family; Deputy handled the call.

1:09 p.m. Local bank reported receiving a bomb threat email; Deputy and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; no bomb located; several other financial institutions in the US also received the same email; case file started.

9:02 p.m. Female reported an assault on another female in the Zortman area; second female had left the location of the assault; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

10:12 p.m. Local tavern requested an intoxicated male be checked out; Deputy responded to the call; male not in the area.

10:17 p.m. Female reported a male walking down the middle of Hwy 2, west of Dodson; male was wearing all black; Deputy responded to the call; no one located in the Hwy 2 area west of Dodson.

December 14, 2018

4:19 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female at a local residence; local EMT Crew responded to the call; Ambulance later canceled and patient transported to the PC Hospital by personal vehicle.

11:35 a.m. Deputy assisted with traffic control for a funeral procession to the cemetery.

12:25 p.m. Male reported a two vehicle accident in a local parking lot; one vehicle had left the scene and left a note on the damaged vehicle; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

12:36 p.m. Male reported receiving threats from another individual; Deputy responded to the call; second party located and advised there is property involved in this situation; Deputy advised both individuals this situation is a civil matter and they needed to contact the County Attorney.

1:02 p.m. Local MHP Trooper reported to the Harlem area for bus inspections.

3:38 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

4:54 p.m. Blaine Co SO received a report of a stranded motorist on Hwy 191 south, just north of the Fred Robinson Bridge; motorist had help coming from Malta.

5:34 p.m. Female reported being followed and harassed by a male; Deputy responded to the call; information added to existing case file.

5:35 p.m. Female reported a male, possibly hitchhiking, on Hwy 191 north of Malta; caller advised she almost hit him; Deputy responded to the call; male not located.

7:26 p.m. Male reported a hitchhiker north of Loring; information passed onto Border Patrol.
