Men's league to began May 14

Even though many sporting events around the country are still shut down due to the COVID-19 virus, golf remains a sport that can be played with restrictions and rules that allow for safe social distancing.

Malta's Marian Hills Golf Course is open to the public and Men's League is scheduled to begin on Thursday, May 14, only one week later than their typical start date accordingly to Marian Hills Golf Course Superintendent Cory Shelhamer.

"It feels good," Shelhamer said about being able to golf. "It's a great sport and it's really easy to get your steps in."
