Taylor Announced as the Montana Health Care Association Volunteer of the Year

On Friday, May 14, during one of his many volunteer concerts for the residents of the Hi-Line Retirement Center, it was announced that Warren Taylor has won the Montana Health Care Association Volunteer of the Year award.

Duane Murray, of the Hi-Line Retirement Center, briefly interrupted the concert to make the announcement Friday afternoon. He said, "It is a privilege to announce that Warren Taylor has won this well-deserved award."

Murray said that the award is usually given out during a meeting in the spring, but due to the pandemic, it has been moved to this fall.

"It couldn't go to a nicer guy." Murray said. "His countless hours of entertainment for the residents are unmatched. They love it when Warren comes to play."

Taylor said, "I hope they enjoy listening to me as much as I enjoy playing for them."
