Phillips County Library Receives Award

The Phillips County Library would like to announce that they were awarded an "Excellent Library Service Award" from the Montana State Library Commission in April.

In the letter accompanying the award, State Library Commission Chair, Bruce Newell stated, "I commend you for working toward excellence in a year that tested all of us – our community members, ourselves, and our staff. It was a year when simply completing the bare minimum could be a challenging endeavor, yet you, your staff, and board chose to seek excellence."
