After posting a 37-6 shellacking on the Glasgow Scotties on Friday, October 15, at Scottie Field, the Malta Mustangs (7-0) are one win away from posting a perfect regular-season record

All that stands in Malta's way are the Fairfield Eagles, who the team will face on Friday, October 22.

The Mustangs have had tough luck against the Fairfield Eagles in recent history, losing to the Eagles in each of the last eight times the teams have met.
