New Faces in New Places: Welcome Parker Rapp

Phillips County has a new Deputy Juvenile Probation Officer for the 17th District Court. We extend a warm Montana welcome to Parker Rapp, who started work here in Malta in the middle of November.

Parker was born and raised in Augusta, Montana, his Mom and grandparents live outside of Fairfield, and a younger brother lives around Kalispell. His early life experiences include ranch work around the Augusta area and Havre areas. He attended MSU-Northern where he received a degree in criminology and psychology.
