  • Dr. Carl A. Totman's State Flag presented to Malta High School

    Dr. Carl A. Totman was presented the Montana State flag in the mid-to-late 1970s by former Governor Tom Judge. The flag was presented to Totman while he served on the Montana Optometric Board. Totman was instrumental in Kiwanis and Key Club. The flag served during those meetings. Academics were important to Totman, who also served on the Mustang Foundation Board.
