Happy 100th Phillips County

On February 2, 1915, the County of Phillips was incorporated. On the far left is a picture of South 1st Street East in Malta in about 1918 (provided by Ken Ulrich.) The photo in the middle is of the same street in present day. Above are the original voting results on whether or not to form Phillips County printed in the Enterprise in 1915.
