Not guilty pleas in hunting, drug cases in District Court

David Kozub, formerly of Lewistown, Montana, was charged with acting as a hunting guide without a license, a misdemeanor, two counts of failure to report game violations by a client, misdemeanors, and outfitting without a license, a felony. Kozub appeared in Phillips County District Court on Monday, May 11 and entered the plea of not guilty to all counts last Monday in District Court.
