One Nation, Under God

Dodson News for July 8, 2014

Polly Solberg and Dora Henry were among those enjoying the fireworks in Malta on Saturday. Dean and Carol Kienenberger were also there with their granddaughter from Cut Bank.

On the way home they enjoyed the display of lightening in the west and it started to rain just as they got home. We had a nice rain so it was wet Sunday. Havre received a terrible blow with rock hard hail and tornado like winds. They experienced destroyed crops, gardens and flowers, broken windows, blown down trees and other things blown down or destroyed. Power was out for several hours for a lot of the Hi-Line. Luckily for Dodson the storm seemed to turn and go south around Harlem so our storm was not as severe.

Monday there was a funeral for Sharon Kirkaldie Fox at the Catholic Church with a reception for family and friends after at the school. Condolences are sent to the family.

Nothing in the world can replace the modern swimsuit, and it practically has.

Be happy for our rain and Have A Happy Day!
