June 19, 2015

10:06 p.m. Local business reported a strong smell of marijuana coming from a vehicle near the business; Deputies and Border Patrol responded to the call; vehicle located in a residential area; case file started.

10:53 p.m. Deputy requested a wrecker for the above vehicle; local rotational wrecker service responded to the location.

10:53 p.m. Deputy transported one adult female, Nichole Nelson, to PCSO to be incarcerated on Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs-Felony and Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges.

June 20, 2015

12:57 a.m. Deputy and female Dispatcher transported one adult female, Nichole Nelson, to Valley Co Detention Center.

1:40 a.m. 911 received reporting a possible domestic situation in the downtown area; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

5:15 a.m. Female reported hitting a deer on Hwy 191 south of Malta; white form issued.

7:00 a.m. Female given a fuel voucher through the local Ministerial Assistance.

9:07 a.m. Local Ambulance reported to the PCMS Dragstrip for the races.

9:12 a.m. Local Fire Dept reported to the PCMS Dragstrip for the races.

9:26 a.m. Deputy removed debris from Hwy 2.

11:43 a.m. Female brought in a stray dog that jumped in her vehicle while in the downtown area; ACO handled the call.

7:58 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female having trouble breathing; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

9:36 p.m. Male requested extra patrol around a building in the downtown area; information passed onto Deputies.

10:39 p.m. Male reported a suspicious light in an abandoned house in the Saco area; Deputy responded to the call; no light located in the reported area.

11:47 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

June 21, 2015

12:17 a.m. Female reported damage to a sign and delineators on Hwy 191 north of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; information passed onto MT Dept of Transportation; case file started.

4:58 a.m. Male reported a dog barking across the street from his residence; had been going on all night; Deputy responded to the call; neighborhood was quiet.

7:24 a.m. Local business reported a stolen vehicle; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle later located by the business.

9:03 a.m. Local Ambulance reported to the PCMS Dragstrip for the races.

9:07 a.m. Local Fire Dept reported to the PCMS Dragstrip for the races.

4:47 p.m. Female reported a sick deer on their property; information passed onto Fish & Game Wardens.

5:20 p.m. Ft Belknap business reported a fuel drive off; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and situation taken care of.

6:59 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Billings; local EMT Crew handled the call.

7:32 p.m. Billings PD reported finding a stolen vehicle out of Phillips Co; vehicle had been towed to their facility; Deputy handled the call; information added to existing case file.

10:07 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle/cow accident on Hwy 2 near Hinsdale; call transferred to Valley Co SO.

10:14 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

June 22, 2015

7:10 a.m. Male filed a verbal complaint regarding a vehicle speeding in the Saco area; Undersheriff handled the call.

9:58 a.m. Local business reported an abandoned vehicle in their parking lot; owner located and advised to call the business or vehicle would be towed.

2:14 p.m. Valley Co SO received a report of an erratic vehicle westbound on Hwy 2; caller also advised the vehicle had pulled over while on the phone; information passed onto Undersheriff.

2:41 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Billings; local EMT Crew handled the call.

4:12 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female going in & out of consciousness, just off of Hwy 2, west of Dodson; Undersheriff and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

6:48 p.m. 911 received requesting a tow truck for a disabled vehicle east of Malta; information passed onto local rotational wrecker service.

11:31 p.m. Male reported suspicious activity near the weigh station west of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and nothing suspicious found.

June 23, 2015

12:10 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

7:19 a.m. Male reported a suspicious vehicle near Alkali Road; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle not located.

8:58 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Billings; local EMT Crew handled the call.

2:30 p.m. One adult female, Nichole Nelson, was released from Valley Co Detention Center on bond paid.

June 24, 2015

2:35 a.m. Deputy assisted travelers with locating a hotel for the night.

7:44 a.m. Sheriff received a report of vandalism in the Trafton Park area; case file started.

9:45 a.m. Deputy removed debris from Central Ave.

11:39 a.m. 911 received reporting “loose roping steers” from Trafton Park; steers later recovered and returned to the park corrals.

2:27 p.m. Female reported damage to a fence near a local business; Deputy handled the call.

3:38 p.m. Several 911s received reporting an altercation between two individuals in a business’ parking lot; Sheriff and Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started; information also passed onto Juvenile Probation Officer.

4:42 p.m. 911s received reporting a one vehicle accident, east of Malta, on Hwy 2; occupant had injuries; Sheriff, Undersheriff, Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the call; MHP Trooper also responded to the location; case file started.

5:00 p.m. Female filed a verbal complaint regarding bicyclists on Hwy 2, west of Malta; Deputy handled the call.

5:24 p.m. Male requested PCSO assistance with a situation involving a vehicle and keys in Glasgow; Deputy handled the call.

6:32 p.m. Female reported possible trespassers on property in the Landusky area; Deputy and BLM Ranger handled the call.

8:01 p.m. Deputy performed a welfare check on a vehicle with its flashers on, on the Wagner Hwy; all found to be okay, just finishing changing a flat tire.

June 25, 2015

6:35 a.m. Male reported hitting a deer east of Malta and his vehicle was disabled; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

11:23 a.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a female that had fallen and doors were locked at a local residence; Sheriff and local EMT Crew responded to the location; patient transported to the hospital.

12:30 p.m. Dept of Family Services requested law enforcement assistance at a local residence; Deputies responded and acted as civil standby.

1:05 p.m. Female reported a male lying in his yard, may need medical assistance; Deputy responded to the location; male refused medical help and was taken into his residence.

8:21 p.m. Deputy reported a dog running loose and was going to find an owner; owner later located and dog chained up.

8:54 p.m. Male reported an alarm sounding at the high school; all found to be okay, just a false alarm.

8:59 p.m. Ft Belknap LE requested PCSO assistance with a high speed pursuit on Route 66; Deputies responded to the call; vehicle later stopped by Ft Belknap and Blaine Co SO.

11:37 p.m. Female requested a welfare check on a residence; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay.

June 26, 2015

8:25 a.m. Female reported a suspicious person in the PC Courthouse trying to check First Aid Kits; Deputy handled the call.

9:41 a.m. Female reported a vehicle/deer accident that occurred last night; minor damage to the vehicle; white form issued.

10:20 a.m. Female reported a bull snake near the PC Library; Deputy and ACO responded to the call and removed the snake.

3:32 p.m. Female reported a fire in South Phillips Co and was under control by the South Phillips Fire Dept.

4:21 p.m. Male reported the fire in south Phillips Co was out of control; fire later controlled and monitored.

5:59 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the Milk River Pavilion for a rodeo.
