July 4, 2015

12:17 a.m. Deputy received a report of a disabled vehicle west of Malta; vehicle located and situation taken care of.

7:14 a.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female who fell; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

9:36 a.m. 911 received reporting a motorcycle accident southeast of Malta; Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

11:34 a.m. Local EMT Crew reported to the airport to pick up the flight crew, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient.

2:11 p.m. Male reported running out of fuel south of Malta; caller given local wrecker services information.

2:51 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance to pick up the flight crew at the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

4:52 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect until 9pm.

6:30 p.m. Female reported being threatened by a male in Saco; Deputy handled the call.

7:19 p.m. Female reported a missing dog.

9:14 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory has expired.

9:54 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 5am Sunday for 10 counties, to include Phillips.

10:58 p.m. Male reported finding a dog on Hwy 191 south.

11:02 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for northern Phillips Co until midnight; quarter sized hail and 60mph gusts are possible.

11:12 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for central Phillips Co until 1215am; quarter sized hail and 70mph gusts are possible.

11:36 p.m. 911 received reporting a power pole on Hwy 191 south of Malta; Deputies, MT Dept of Transportation and Big Flat Electric employees responded to the location; case file started; power also restored and Hwy 191 opened back up to through traffic.

11:43 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance in Hays; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

11:57 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for east central Phillips Co until 1am; nickel sized hail and 60mph gusts are possible.

July 5, 2015

12:07 a.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for east central Phillips Co until 1am; quarter sized hail and 80mph gusts are possible.

12:29 a.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for southwestern Phillips Co until 130am; 60mph gusts and quarter sized hail are possible.

1:05 a.m. Female requested a welfare check on individuals in the Route 66 area; caller had not heard from them and was concerned due to the storms; individuals later contacted the caller and were okay.

1:26 a.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for south central Phillips Co until 230am; 60mph gusts and quarter sized hail are possible.

1:51 a.m. Female reported an erratic vehicle on Hwy 2, east bound from the Nelson Reservoir area; information passed onto Valley Co SO.

2:37 a.m. Significant Weather Advisory in effect until 330am for southern Phillips Co; penny sized hail, 40mph gusts and frequent dangerous lightning are possible.

2:53 a.m. Deputy closed a door that was left open on a business; all was okay and door secured for the night.

3:46 a.m. Severe Thunderstorm Warning is cancelled for 4 counties, to include Phillips.

9:05 a.m. Male reported a vehicle blocking his driveway, east of the Sleeping Buffalo; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle was not blocking the driveway; owners later located and vehicle removed.

11:53 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect until 9pm.

11:59 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance to pick up the flight crew at the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

2:10 p.m. Valley Co SO reported a fuel drive off from a business and vehicle was possibly en route to Phillips Co; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located.

7:24 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

10:53 p.m. Female reported a suspicious vehicle at a local business; Deputies responded to the call; vehicle not located.

July 6, 2015

1:23 a.m. Female requested a welfare check on a family member; Deputy responded to the call; male located and found to be okay.

3:12 p.m. Female brought in a found set of keys; if you are missing a set, call PCSO, 654-2350, to identify and claim.

8:02 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a juvenile; Deputy responded to the call; juvenile later located and advised to call home.

9:54 p.m. Female reported a vehicle had blown a tire, would be left in a residential area overnight and would be removed the following day.

11:21 p.m. Male brought in a found dog; ACO handled the call.

11:26 p.m. Male reported fireworks going off in a residential area; Deputy responded to the call; no fireworks located in the area.

July 7, 2015

1:47 p.m. Sheriff received a report of individuals writing checks on a closed account around Malta; case file started.

2:15 p.m. US Customs Officer at the Port of Morgan requested PCSO assistance with an individual with drug paraphernalia; paraphernalia confiscated; case file started.

3:08 p.m. Female reported a male was possibly attempting suicide at a local residence; Sheriff responded to the call; male was ok and was not going to commit suicide.

7:37 p.m. Male reported a vehicle/deer accident on Hwy 191 south near the Dry Fork turnoff; minor damage to the vehicle and the deer was deceased; white form issued.

8:04 p.m. Deputy removed debris from Hwy 2, west of Malta.

July 8, 2015

11:18 a.m. Deputy performed a welfare check on a male hitchhiking on Hwy 2, east of Malta; all found to be okay, just passing through; Deputy gave him a bottle of water and sent on his way.

4:40 p.m. Male reported a vehicle with two dogs inside, windows were cracked but caller was concerned as it is hot outside, in the PC Courthouse parking lot; owner arrived while still on the phone with the caller.

5:49 p.m. Several 911s received reporting a fire northwest of Fourchette Bay on the CMR; South Phillips Co Fire Dept, CMR and BLM fire crews responded to the call; fire monitored overnight by all depts.

6:28 p.m. Saco Fire Dept and Ambulance reported for extrication training south of Saco.

10:05 p.m. 911 received reporting an elderly male had fallen outside of the PC Hospital; information passed onto PC Hospital.

July 9, 2015

1:14 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

1:44 a.m. Deputy closed garage doors on a business’ building that had been left open.

6:58 a.m. Female reported theft of property in the 7th Ave W neighborhood; Deputy responded to the location; case file started.

1:09 p.m. Local Fish & Game Warden advised the fire in the Fourchette Bay area was still burning; was approximately 110acres at this time and still being monitored by BLM, CMR, and South Phillips Co Fire Crews.

4:24 p.m. Local Fish & Game Warden reported a possibly abandoned camper trailer at a reservoir out south.

4:46 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a male having chest pains; Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the location; patient transported to the hospital.

6:26 p.m. Several calls received reporting smoke north of the Sleeping Buffalo; callers advised was a reported and controlled burn.

6:38 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

10:57 p.m. Deputies reported to the PC Hospital to assist with a patient being transported by family members; patient later released on his own accord.

July 10, 2015

7:51 a.m. Male reported a possibly abandoned vehicle on a gravel road, west of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle was broke down and driver was waiting for help to arrive.

8:43 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a male living near her property in the Landusky area; Deputy handled the call.

12:14 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance at a local residence for a possible assault; Sheriff and Deputy responded to the call; case file started. 12:40 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Shade Stiles, to the PC Hospital and later transported to Valley Co Detention Center to be incarcerated on Partner/Family Member Assault charges.

1:35 p.m. 911 received reporting an erratic vehicle on Hwy 2; information passed onto MHP Dispatch.

4:22 p.m. Significant Weather Advisory in effect until 515pm for southern Phillips Co; half inch hail and 40mph gusts are possible.

4:53 p.m. Female reported smoke off of Hwy 191 south of Malta; Deputy responded to the reported location and no smoke or fire located
