Loring News for week of August 5, 2015

What a wonderful week for the 100th Anniversary of the Phillips County Fair! I'm sure that most of you visited with your friends and neighbors who you don't see very often!

Dave and Cindy Clark returned from a trip to Minnesota to see Cindy's mom and family. They had a great time!

Dixie Stordahl had an appointment in Malta on Thursday. She had lunch with Anjelica FourStar and spent time with Barbara Cowan.

The temperatures were cool this week with lots of needed rain at the beginning of the week and then drying up and heating up for the weekend! Many farmers are harvesting their winter wheat, and bringing in the bales.

Wow, did you see that Blue Moon this past Friday? It was the second full moon in the month and the sky was so clear and that Blue Moon was shining over Phillips County!

Loring Lutheran Church will be at 11 on Sunday with Orvin Solberg giving the message. Everyone is welcome!
