City assessment fees to remain the same as 2014

On Tuesday night in Malta, the City Council unanimously approved the usage of City Hall to two different groups looking to teach dance and tumbling classes to the youth of Phillips County.
"I have been taking dance classes up there since I was in the third grade," said Malta's Devyn Salsbery, who is now a sophomore.
Salsbery, with the assistance of Bridgett Ereaux, plans on teaching two, six-week sessions of dance classes in an upstairs studio in City Hall, one in the spring and one in the summer. The cost for Salsbery to use the location is $15 per student for the year (this is only the fee t...
