Slow down...what's the hurry?

Though International Walk to School Day is still a month away, there are plenty of children in the towns of Phillips County who are afoot or aboard bicycles as the area’s youngsters are all back in school for the 2015-16 year.

It has been brought to the Phillips County News’ attention that residents are witnessing others driving aggressively around towns – both during school hours and otherwise – so this story aims to re-educate drivers, pedestrians and bicycle riders alike with the street laws in our towns.
