One Nation, Under God

Loring News for May 4, 2016

The green grass that has appeared after spring rain is indescribable! We've had a bit of a competition going on up here to see who sees the first yellow (canary) warbler or the first goldfinch. Whitney Blunt won since she reported a sighting of a yellow warbler just this morning on May 1! But the rest of us are still on the look out!

Carol Lumsden and Cindy Clark were models at the May Day style show. I'm sure they all had a great time!

Dixie Stordahl stopped at the Wesley Orahood town home to tell them how she has enjoyed the beautiful red tulips this spring. They had just been out to the ranch branding the first go around.

LuLu Besel and Dixie Stordahl attended a planning meeting for the Great Plains Dinosaur Museum on Monday.

The Dinosaur Kids Activity Day will be on June 4 from 10:30 to 1. Bring the kids over to participate in the activities this year!

Next week Orvin Solberg will be out to deliver the message at the Loring Lutheran Church at 11a.m. On May 22, Kellan James Slade will be baptized, at 9:30 a.m.

Have a great week everyone! Keep thinking rain!
