Malta Schools welcome Ebert as English teacher

Last teaching job, where, when and what position: Helena School District, Substitute Teacher.

Hobbies: I enjoy fly fishing, boating, wakeboarding, tubing, and camping. My family owns a cabin in Seeley Lake, Mont., and we go up their constantly where we have campfires, go four wheeling, snowmobile, boat, fish, and kayak. I really enjoy playing softball and baseball.

Favorite Food: Pizza and Spaghetti.

What I did this summer: This summer I worked as a part of a crew of people cleaning the Helena Brewer’s Pioneer League baseball field. I also was on two different softball teams. We traveled to a few out of city tournaments where we placed third and second in the two tournaments. At the end of the summer, my family and I traveled to Pittsburgh, Pa. We had a great time celebrating with my cousin and his new wife. While we were there we were able to go see a Pittsburgh Pirates game which was extremely hot but completely worth it. Unfortunately, the game experienced a rain delay and we left the game with soaked shirts and no seventh inning stretch.

Favorite song (and by whom): Anything by Queen, Def Leppard, or some new age rock. I find tranquility when anything by those bands come on the radio. Also, it’s fun to rock out Wayne’s World style to a little Bohemian Rhapsody.
