Hi-Line Future Foundation raises $808 with adult prom

Hair-dos were crimped and teased, suits and ties were on display and those swell, old feelings from high school were revisited as the Hi-Line Future Foundation (HLFF) held their first ever adult prom at the Bullet Hole in Malta recently as the group continues to raise funds for improving this city.

All told, 30 couples – and about 10 singles -made their way to the prom for food, music and fun and in the process helped raise $808 dollars on a night of fun and friends.

"Because of the turn out and requests we will make this an annual event," HLFF Secretary Mary Oxarart said.

Queen and King of the inaugural HLFF prom were Darla and Tom Niebur; Best Dancer was awarded to Bret Dorak; Classiest Couple honors went to Scott and April Ost; Tackiest Couple got hung on Casey and Jamie Cote, and the Best Era couple went to George and Sherri Brown.
