    Malta native Betty Kesler, 90 years old, of Choteau, Mont., passed away at an assisted living facility in Great Falls, Mont., on Friday, Friday, 18, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, May 25 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Choteau. Betty Lou (Blunt) Kesler was born in Canton, Ill., on June 15, 1927.     Sean Ryan, A Montana Tech grad student is spending his summer in marathon fashion as he has embarked on a journey that will take him to every active golf course around the state of Montana.     The Malta Mustangs and M-ettes are sending a total of nineteen athletes to the 2018 State B Track Meet in Laurel this weekend. This comes after the M-ettes were able to take home second place with 81 points at the 2018 North-East Divisional Meet at Great Falls High School on Saturday, May 19.     Three of six Phillips County Class C track teams placed within the top ten of their respective events at the 2018 Eastern C Divisional Meet in Glasgow on Thursday, May 17.     Malta’s City Hall became the home of the first Malta Opportunities Inc. (MOI) Special Olympics Recreation Day on Wednesday, May 16.
