Class C Headed to State Music Fest

The State Music Festival takes place on Friday, May 4, through Saturday, May 5 at Billings Skyview High School. Like Malta High, both Saco High School and Whitewater High School of District 12 participated in the District 12 Music Festival on Friday, April 13 through Saturday, April 14.

The Saco Men’s jazz Choir earned a Superior rating at the District Festival, earning them a place at state. Other state qualifiers for Saco that earned a spot at state included Vocal Duet Sydney Zeller and Jaydyn Erickson, Chayten Pippen for his Sax Solo, and Erickson for her Flute Solo.
