Fall snow storm delays printing of PCN

A fall blizzard is wreaking havoc on much of Montana and in Havre, nearly 15-inches of snow fell between Monday and Tuesday (October 2 and 3.)

Havre Daily News Publisher Stacy Mantle told the PCN that as of 7 p.m. last night, the power has been out across town and the Daily News office is closed today (Tuesday, October 03.)

The Phillips County News - a sister newspaper of the Daily News - is printed in Havre. Obviously, the printing of this week's Phillips County News will be delayed for at least one day and maybe more.

This week's paper is uploaded to the PCN website - http://www.phillipscountynews.com - and all stories have been made free to view for this week because of the delayed printing. We will keep you posted, hope you are all safe and we apologize for any inconvenience the delayed printing may cause.

Thank you,

PCN Staff
